From exclusive porcelain mugs to intricate vases, we are asking for your generous donation of your porcelain artwork for the Auction Dinner at 2024 EXPO IPAT Museum Convention in Grapevine, Texas.

It is because of the generosity and support of our members that we are able to acquire the much needed funds to maintain a professional public image we must have to accomplish the security of our art. Thank you, in advance, for your generous gift to IPAT.

Please include your name, address and email if you want to share it. Also wrap your porcelain carefully for shipping. Tape the packing around the porcelain and double box it with additional packing between boxes for best results and a safe transit.

Mail artworks to IPAT, Inc., P.O. Box, Grapevine, TX 76099 before September 15, 2024. For information, email the Office Manager at office@ipatinc.org. All artworks received ahead of time will be photographed and showcased on IPAT’s website for members to and view.  Bidding to take the item home will be at the Convention Gala.

• Pre-registration must be received by September 14, 2024 in order to be processed.

• If you are registering for more than one person, you may pay with one check or one credit card, but must complete a registration form for each person.

• No refunds can be made for meals.

• Remember to make yourself a copy of your Convention Registration Form and Confirmation of your hotel reservation.
